Gideon plays air guitar

We've been quite overwhelmed by how interested everyone is in the boy Gideon! Obviously we think he's the most gorgeous baby who ever lived, and spend many hours admiring him, but apparently lots of our friends want to take their turns too!

So as there were one or two comments about Mothy's last blog not having quite enough Gideon focus, here is Lizzy's attempt to rectify the situation.

Gideon and Dad on 8th Jan - who looks more tired?

Gideon on day 3 of his life, about to leave hospital.

Perhaps not impressed by mum's choice of hard-core banjo breast-feeding soundtrack.

Gideon 5 days old - still grooving

Congratulations on the birth of your son. Only four hours Liz! Mine was 3 1/2 days.....You are very blessed!

We had a similar experience with the gas, the midwife didn't understand the machine and kept turning it down instead of up, fortunately Samuel noticed and corrected her!

Gideon is absolutely gorgeous. Sarah thinks he looks like Liz but Samuel doesn't know with babies so isn't commenting.

When you have settled into being parents a bit more (and not soooo sleep deprived!) we will come and visit.

Hi Guys,

We've already congratulated you many times in various other corners of cyber land but congrats again. Tim and I (Michael) have the same pyjamas (except red stripes). We are the nightwear fashion gurus (can you tell that we're sleep deprived by small baby too).
