House selling

We posted previously about attempting to sell our home and move around the corner. We decided not to use the agents who charge 3-5% plus GST plus advertising costs, and did it ourselves with a TradeMe advert, a For Sale sign outside made by a signwriter and ads in The Press property section.
All good it seems, for our home is now conditionally sold, to a lovely older couple downsizing from Horarata to be closer to children and grandchildren. Turns out they're Christians too - when they first looked round Allison said to me 'Are you a Christian?' to which I answered 'I certainly am; what made you ask?' 'We saw the Bible by the bed'. Cool. It's all conditional in them selling their place and thus the chain begins. But they've had a good clear out (with several boxes ending up at both their daughter's place and our place!) and we remain optimistic. It certainly seems as if God's hand is on the whole process from start to finish and for that we're very thankful.
